THE ADVANCED CERTIFICATE OF FASHION IS A COURSE THAT IS COMPLETELY EXCLUSIVE TO US, IT CAN’T BE STUDIED ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD. OUR CONTENT MERGES RELEVANT THEORY, PRACTICAL BRIEF-DRIVEN ACTIVITIES, CLASS DISCUSSIONS AND INDUSTRY CASE STUDIES.
The course runs for one year and follows the same structure as a standard school year; 4 terms, each constructed of 10 weeks. Throughout each term, students will undertake a Major Project that focuses on all elements studied during that term.
Classes are taught by our Expert Educators, Australia’s most recognised fashion leaders, in an intimate environment of no more than 30 students. Additionally, every week students have the opportunity to network with a special guest at our weekly networking events who specialises in their field of the industry.

On-campus students undertake studies at our Sydney or Melbourne Campus, one day per week for 4 hours – mornings (9am – 1pm) or afternoons (2pm – 6pm) depending on the class intake. Students are able to combine their studies, networking events and internships/work experience along with other existing commitments, such as employment and hobbies. All on-campus students are also given access to our Graduate Portal, where available industry careers across all of the brands, businesses and creatives we work with are posted weekly.

Online Students study across two weekday evenings from 6:30pm - 8:30pm AEST. All classes are delivered LIVE and in a Virtual Classroom. Students studying with us are located across Australia, leading to national friendships and community.

Delve deep into the world of Fashion Communications, the backbone of the industry. Students learn how to write and pitch press releases, develop Public Relations campaigns, how to create and execute an entire marketing campaign, work with briefs on digital marketing strategies, manage influencers, and conceptualise a fashion event from start to finish.

Students immerse themselves in the creative side of the fashion industry. During this term students engage within celebrity, editorial and personal styling, logo and brand guideline ideation, mastering a full functioning website, understanding retail visual merchandising concepts, storytelling as an Art Director, as well as developing creative marketing tools including podcasts.

Explore the universe of retail operations for brands and businesses at a head office level. Students learn how to set up their own online store, how to conceptualise a sustainable fashion brand, how to work with factories and production teams to create garments, and how to create compelling and engaging customer-focused initiatives and programs for luxury clients.
